There are some heavy emotions that come along with a cancer diagnosis and fearing for one’s life. These feelings won't go away but there are ways to manage them as best we can. Does that mean we won’t experience negative thoughts and emotions? Absolutely not, we are human. But it does mean that when we do face emotionally heavy days, we will be equipped to better handle them.
While the doctors can manage and treat our physical concerns, we need a way to take care of our spirit or soul.
Showing concern for the quality of my human spirit and soul and creating a sense of peace, wholeness and balance allowed me to heal my entire being. I attribute my cure to the practices I incorporated in my daily life.
